60 minute classes

A regular prenatal yoga practice can help build strength and prep the body for labor, reduce stress, alleviate pregnancy pains, and deepen connection to baby. In these classes, mamas will learn and practice useful coping skills for labor and have informative and educational birthing discussions. Many of our students who take prenatal yoga say they learned things from our Prenatal classes that they didn't learn anywhere else!

Classes will be a mix of yoga and pilates and will include mindful movement, safe core-work, strength-based movements, and breath work for labor prep. Self-care and strength maintenance is of the utmost importance during this transformative and important time.

Geared towards all levels and all trimesters, with individualized modifications given for different trimesters. All are welcome here.

THIS SERIES IS NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE PURCHASED. We totally understand sometimes there are days you're just not feeling it during pregnancy. But guess what...when it comes time to deliver, you won't have a choice! This series prepares you to be your strongest, physically and mentally, for when it comes time to deliver baby.

This special series runs only a couple times a year. Minimum of 4 participants needed. Refunds will be issued if minimum is not met.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

Customized 1:1 Sessions. All levels and all trimesters welcome.

To truly receive the benefits of prenatal yoga and labor preparation, we recommend 1-2 prenatal classes per week throughout your entire pregnancy. Even on the days you're not feeling great, movement and breath work can work wonders.


Our prenatal classes are taught to you by studio owner, Summer Duran, who has extensive education and certification in Prenatal Yoga courses and birthing education. As a mother who has given unmedicated birth to two babies (one at-home and one in the hospital) she brings the awareness and empathy needed for pregnant mamas during this sacred time.

Classes are a mix of yoga, pilates, and restorative yoga; focusing on maintaining body strength, safe core work, connecting to baby, appropriate breath work and/or meditations for labor prep and relaxation, and physical postures and exercises to prepare the body for labor. Summer gives her prenatal students the tools and confidence necessary to combat fears and ease anxiety as well as can provide birthing tips and education.
