REFUNDS AND ALL OTHER POLICIES:
All pricing options will have an added credit card processing fee of 3.5%.
Students are always welcome to pay cash or check to avoid this fee.
AutoPay Membership Cancellation Policies: 48-hour written cancellation notice is required to terminate enrollment in any membership prior to payment processing. Cancel by written notice to intuneyogataos@gmail.com. Notices less than 48 hours cannot be processed. Absolutely no refunds will be processed once card is charged. Verbal cancellations to staff members are not valid for cancellation.
Monthly Unlimited Pause Policy: Must give 7 days written notice for a membership pause request. Can pause for minimum 2 weeks up to 30 days. Must email or call the studio to initiate a pause. First pause is no charge; each additional pause is $15. Cancellations during a pause will incur a $35 fee to the card on file.
4 and 8-Class Memberships cannot be paused.
Late Cancel's / 4 hr Policy: Students have up to 4 hours before class start time to cancel or reschedule a reserved class.
No Show Policy: $12 fee charged to the credit card on file and/or forfeiture of class for failure to show up to a reserved class. If no credit card on file, fee will be added to account and must be paid before making a future purchase.
Declined Payments/Chargeback Fees: Any declined payments on autopay memberships will incur a $35 fee before membership can be reactivated. All chargeback fees to the studio will result in $35 charge plus applicable bank charges before student can make another purchase.
Inclement Weather Closures: Studio reserves the right to cancel classes due to inclement weather or emergencies. Students who pre-register will be notified in the case of any class cancellations or closures.
Classes with zero registrations 2 hours prior to class time may be canceled at studio's discretion.
Expired Class Packs: We offer a one-time 30-day extension on class packs as long as we are notified before the class pack expires. If there are unused classes still remaining at the time of expiration, we will gladly roll those into a new class pack as long as it is purchased within 30 days of expiration.
ALL REFUND INFO:
Regular Classes: No refunds.
Workshops/Special Classes/Private Events: All sales final. No refunds/no credits. No reschedules.
Private Sessions: 48 hour cancellation policy: no refunds/no credits.
All Refunds: Regardless of reason, refunds will not be processed after 30 days of the charge. In the case a refund may be warranted, contact the studio within 30 days of charge to inquire.
